I utilize EMDR for anxiety, fears, and traumas. advanced training Emotion Focused Therapy & Gottman couples methods are helpful with devitalized relationships and Family Based Treatment for eating disorders (Maudsley).
I serve on the State of Missouri's Eating Disorder Council and in previous roles on the Kansas Association of Marriage Family Therapy KSAMFT board. Additionally, I volunteer and facilitate classes in faith-based communities and previously served on the Mental Health and Caring Committee at Resurrection UMC.
