I am a licensed and certified social worker with 30 years of experience in the fields of chemical dependency and psychotherapy for a variety of mental health issues .. I use Cognitive Behavioral , Humanistic ,and Rational Emotive treatment modalities. My areas of expertise include: Treating Anxiety and Depression, Self Esteem, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, Fostercare and Adoption Issues, Chemical Dependency and Relapse Prevention.

In addition to being a licensed counselor, I am also a committed Christian and practice in a Christian counseling center. I work with individuals: teenagers (14+) and adults of various ages and with a variety of issues. Although my experience is not limited to these, specific areas of focus include the following: depression, anxiety, high-functioning autism, adoption-related issues, alcoholism and eating disorders, spiritual struggles, and general life issues. I am interested in working with people who are ready to improve the quality of their life.

We foster a safe space for people who identify as LGBTQ+, LGBTQ+ allies, and people who are seeking behavioral health services. 25 years of experience in mental health and addictions both adult, adolescent and the development of specific behavioral and cognitive skills helping parents regain control over their children's conduct, oppositional and defiant behaviors. I have also been providing services aimed at helping couples save their marriage and parents with with all aspects of child, adolescent and transitional age youth behaviors, including early onset of mental illness such as bi-polar, psychosis, anxiety and depression. In addition I can also provide professional training and provision of both Addictions and Mental Health formal "INTERVENTIONS" .

This looks like me dedicating myself to continuing education on an array of treatments, disorders, approaches, and the like to ensure I already have or develop specialty in your condition.

As someone who wants to change the world, I chose the counseling profession because I came to believe the best way to facilitate that change is by helping individuals, marriages, and families become fully healthy emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually.
