I enjoy working with women at all stages of life and in life transitions. I can help those struggling with pregnancy, past birth trauma and parenting to navigate these challenges. I am also trained in CBT and trauma processing therapies and have assisted clients with integrating trauma memories to improve their lives and reduce worry and sad feelings.
