Hello! I am excited to meet you and help you along your journey! I work with kids as young as 6 using play therapy as well as adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns. You will feel welcomed when you come to the office and we will work as a team to meet your goals in therapy. I have experience with trauma, depression, anxiety and addictions. I am a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed addictions counselor and certified through Natural Lifemanship to provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
I utilize play therapy and expressive arts when working with young kids and, when appropriate, adolescents and adults. I also treat a variety of addictions and enjoy helping you reach your goals of sobriety. I also provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy where we partner with horses to help you reach our therapeutic goals.
