Elena Zarandona is working exclusively with Internal Family Systems. Please note that IFS sessions tend to be longer than the traditional therapeutic hour of 55 minutes, averaging between 55-75 minutes.

Strengthening the Self
Led by Katherine Jongsma, LMHC. Saturday mornings 9-10:00 am over Google meet. $210/6 weeks- $35/session. What started as a six-week skills-building group has become an ongoing space where participants learn to process trauma, anxiety, disconnection, and depression, by strengthening a “resourced state of being” using strategies from EMDR. Everyone’s brain and body has a hidden gold mine of positive experiences that can give us strength when we face difficulties. Clients will create a personalized book of six resources for use in focused mindfulness and preparation for trauma processing in individual therapy (optional).
