I am only offering telehealth (video and/or phone) services at this time. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 18 years of experience treating a wide variety of concerns. These include depression, anxiety, mild to moderate disordered eating, identity issues (LGBTQ+), and difficulties in relationships among others. Prior to March 2023, I served as Director of Indiana University's Counseling and Psychological Services before moving into private practice full-time.
My therapy approach involves a thorough examination of your difficulties as well as how your past is influencing your present challenges.Therapy is a collaborative process. No two people experience the world in the same way. Therefore, it is important for us to examine your unique experiences and work together to address your concerns.
I currently accept a variety of insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider on the back of your insurance card to verify your mental health benefits. For those not using insurance, I also offer a sliding scale on a case-by-case basis depending on financial need.
