I use CBT, EMDR and other modalities as I don't use a cookie cutter approach. We'll challenge your negative beliefs such as "I'm not good enough". EMDR helps in processing traumatic memories to move toward healing. We'll work on the here-and-now as well as your pattern of avoidance from the past that keep you from moving forward.
