Do you have children living at home and are also caring for your parents or someone who is older than you? Find wisdom and receive support through this new inter-generational time in your life. You can learn how to take care of yourself amidst everyone else's needs and process the complex emotions of this unique time in your life. THIS IS ONLINE, WE MEET BIWEEKLY, times are Eastern Time Zone, see website for full schedule. Maximum 12 people in the group, ongoing enrollment, participate for at least 8 sessions and stay as long as you like.
