I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health, developmental/relational trauma (difficult childhoods, parents who struggled with mental/physical health issues, etc.), sexual abuse, women's issues & difficulties navigating life transitions. I'm also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and working towards my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).
I utilize an integrative approach, grounded in psychodynamic theory, and pull from solution-focused techniques using CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness to help provide more immediate relief. I also provide supervision for graduate students, postdocs and early career therapists, as well as consultation for therapists seeking guidance on treating complex trauma.
