I am passionate in my work with both adults and children through individual, couples or family counseling. Whether helping with communication and intimacy issues, mood disorders, developmental or social delays or stressful life events, I am an active participant in counseling and people quickly find they have a better understanding of what their issues are, feel symptom relief and have tools to manage their lives. I combine humor & straight forward guidance so individuals and couples quickly find symptom relief and happiness.
In a supportive environment, we will find strategies to reduce stress, teach coping skills, use mindfulness, & assist in individual or family guidance. My casual, comfortable style allows adults & children to engage in the therapeutic process. I listen to where you are, help you understand how you got there, and support you on where you want to go next.
