Counseling: I provide Mental Health Counseling for residents of Washington State. Clients are often dealing with anxiety or depression and struggling with relationships. My specialty is working in the area of couples and individual emotionally focused therapy helping people improve relationships and grow their bonds with others.
Coaching: I provide Coaching services that focus on navigating conflict and growing relationships to be securely attached.
Counseling and Coaching can be done online or in-person at my office in Seattle Washington. I provide counseling to all of Washington State, I am not licensed to provide counseling to anyone outside of Washington State.
