Difficulty managing stress and anxiety is often overwhelming and may lead to health issues, decreased productivity, conflict in relationships, and an overall poor quality of life. Anxiety, poor stress coping, depression, anger and other difficulties can be rooted in a myriad of complex biological, physiological, and situational causes. Together we can explore the root of your presenting difficulty as a platform for change. My goal is to assist you in developing your own self-awareness and from there, guide you in organizing your thoughts, actions, and goals towards a healthier and happier way of life.
Individual, couples, and family counseling can be your platform for change. I endeavor to offer a safe, comfortable surrounding for you to dialogue and discover yourself, your partner, and/or family member with the overall goal of maintaining self awareness and acceptance to stimulate the healing process.
