Accepting new clients. I help clients move beyond any pain or obstacles that are getting in the way of being able to participate more fully. Anxiety, depression, loss, trauma or uncertainty can intrude on life and make it much harder to be the better version of yourself. I am passionate about helping clients walk through any current challenges and resolve the past and move into the future with new possibilities and life fulfillment.

Within a relational framework, I take a non-judgmental, empathic stance to create a collaborative environment. My specialties include working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, responses to past or recent trauma, grief and loss and life transitions and transformations. I am EMDR Certified and provide weekly sessions and EMDR intensives.
