I work with women of all ages who are traversing changes and challenges in current life stage and especially in the context of relationships--friendships, partnerships, family, motherhood, romantic, and more. Along with talking, sessions can include embodiment, feeling identification, mindfulness, self-compassion practices, coping skills practice, time-management/priority sorting, creativity, humor, and stress relief techniques.
