With over 18 years of experience in trauma and abuse, I use research proven CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) techniques to identify and change those beliefs and thoughts that drive your behavior.
Together we can work to get you unstuck and on your way to becoming more productive by eliminating those obstacles in a safe, and nurturing environment. As a Certified Yoga Instructor, I also incorporate breath work, meditation, mindfulness, and yoga postures to assist in your recovery. I work with individuals, couples and families.
