I see individual adults and couples, while also enjoy working with children 6-12, adolescents and families. I use a humanistic approach while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, or Solutions Focused Therapy. I offer compassion and understanding to a client's individual goals with a respect for their own pace and timing.
