If this sounds like you, I offer confidential mental health counseling for individuals, couples and families in a private 1857 farmhouse set on a nature sanctuary. I strive to provide a safe space for survivors, and people from diverse racial, gender ethnic religious and spiritual backgrounds. Diversity is celebrated here.
While I specialize in anxiety, trauma, ADHD, diversity, relationships, climate psychology, social justice and addictions, my primary focus is you and what you bring with you to the sessions. I strive to be "here for you, not the other way around."
