I also love helping children and adolescents with challenging behaviors, including those that may be present with ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. I combine a strengths and evidence-based therapy approach to provide the support and guidance needed to give you the best opportunity for success.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced trauma. I strive to provide services in a trauma-informed manner and love to build a strong therapeutic relationship with clients using appropriate humor as I feel it is a powerful healing tool.
