Whether this is your first time engaging in therapy, or you have experienced counseling several times, it is with great joy that I look forward to working with you. My approach is individualized and customized to meet each client where they are at. It is my hope to create a collaborative experience to support personal growth and progression.
I offer individual, couple, family, and child therapy. I provide experiential therapy that does not solely focus on talk therapy. I incorporate many mediums to maximize the amount of growth and healing that a client would like to gain from counseling. Common issues include anxiety/depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and coping skills.
Children communicate differently. Play therapy allows for self-expression, exploration, and healing. Through play, I support children to make sense of difficult life experiences or complex psychological issues. Common issues include trauma, adoption/foster/kinship care, attachment, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, school concerns/behaviors, and parenting.
