Welcome! My name is Laura Carpenter and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Fayetteville, Arkansas. My specialties include working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. My goal for our time together is to provide a warm, safe environment for you to find relief and healing.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, with a goal of fostering a nonjudgmental and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe in meeting each person where they are on their unique journey. By providing an accepting and safe environment, I aim to create a space where you can freely express yourself. Arkansas Reproductive Therapy is here to serve the trying to conceive, pregnancy loss, infertility, pregnant, postpartum, and adopting couples/individuals in Arkansas! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in reproductive and maternal mental health. As a Certified Family Trauma Professional, I have specialized training in trauma and family relationships. I am passionate about supporting women and couples experiencing the emotions accompanying infertility, adoption, pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, and postpartum.

It is my belief that everyone experiences struggles at some point in their life and can benefit from sharing those experiences in a safe, supportive environment. My goal as a therapist is to help you reach the goals you set and empower you to make the changes in your life you would like to see.

I currently have a select few spots and no after-school spots open. I am pleased to join forces with three other quirky neurodivergent women in our small practice! Working with children is where I truly make an impact and enjoy my career most. My interests and experiences are in: trauma processing, neurodiversity, autism, anxiety, depression, adoption and foster care, attachment, behavior and mood dysregulation, stress and panic, and self-esteem. I have lived experience with chronic illness as well.

My top priority as a therapist is the well-being of my clients, and I am dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for everyone who walks through my door. My practice primarily focuses on working with children and their families, but I also enjoy adults struggling with life stress. I have more than 15yrs experience as a counselor, and more than 25yrs in the mental health field providing support and education to children and families. Hello! My name is Nicole Linn and I am a licensed therapist. We usually come to therapy because something isn't going right in our life. We have anxiety, depression, conflict with ourself, conflict with others, or just general discomfort. I work best with adults, teens, and preteens who are experiencing these issues. I also work well with those experiencing ADHD, bipolar disorder, issues related to aging, and family conflict. I also specialize in adoption services including home studies.

At some point in their lives, most people face some sort of stressor, trauma, or obstacle. Since entering the counseling field in 1995, Jenny Caldwell has seen that everyone - no matter who they are - has or has had something going on behind the scenes. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker, she focuses her work on adults & sometimes teens, primarily in areas of grief, depression, anxiety, women’s issues, & divorce. She particularly enjoys helping with the complex challenges that blended families & co-parenting individuals face. Jenny also has extensive experience providing adoption home studies for families, judges, and attorneys.

I am passionate about supporting all stages of life. I am a birth and death doula with years of experience in the medical field supporting people through grief, infant loss, medical trauma, new diagnoses or end of life care. I feel privileged to witness the vulnerability of the postpartum period and love supporting parents through normal ups and downs or postpartum depression and mood disorders. Other experience includes adoption and foster care, working with people living with HIV, people who use drugs and survivors of sexual violence. As a member of the LGBTQIA community, I proudly serve individuals and families of all identities.

When I think about my ideal client, I think of someone that is willing & engaged throughout the therapeutic process. When it comes to an age range on the ideal client, I love having a range between 3- 18 years old but for this I will choose a child that is 5 years old. This child displays unsafe behaviors with peers & adults & struggles to be regulated in all settings. They are currently experiencing anxiety, & nervousness after being placed in foster care. They are currently struggling with implementing coping skills & listening to safe adults. Caregiver wants the child to work on communication, feelings, & display safe behaviors.

I have over 20 years’ experience with adoptive families, children, and attachment. I am passionate about helping family, parents, and children navigate BIG changes in healthy ways. I understand first hand, being a parent of 6 beautiful adopted children myself, the challenges, emotions, fears, and successes that can come up along the way. I am skilled in attachment & view this as critical to understanding how people develop and navigate relationships. I consider myself an expert in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and can spot these symptoms and behaviors in both children and adults. Early intervention is KEY to successful outcomes.
