Do you struggle with balance? No, not the standing on one foot while juggling type of balance, but the type that includes finding the “gray area”. I’m either a success, or I am a failure. My life is going perfectly, or it’s a disaster. If I don’t have it all figured out, I should just throw in the towel. Sound familiar? As a therapist and a NASM certified personal trainer, I firmly believe in the mind/body connection, and the fact that the two go hand in hand in order to achieve optimal health. My areas of expertise include eating disorders and compulsive exercise, depression, anxiety, OCD, BFRB, postpartum issues, and a variety of mood disorders.
I am passionate about helping others find peace and balance in their lives, and provide the empathy, validation, and security needed to do so. I believe each client is unique, and the therapeutic interventions used must be tailored to each individual.
