I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to find hope in their struggles and freedom from emotional pain. I work from a systems approach and have a strong desire to help clients discover and engage in healthy relationships with themselves and others. I find fulfillment in working with clients to understand the interconnectedness between our individual selves and the people around us.
I am passionate about working with people in all types of relationships! I have interest in working with family units who are experiencing disconnect or conflict and have experience in the reunification process. I also have experience with the discernment process for couples who aren't sure on next steps. I value helping individuals bring their best self!
One of the most important pieces of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. Therapy is a safe space to practice vulnerability and to grow as an individual.
