Hi there, I'm Hayne. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing both in-person and Telehealth sessions. For 20 years, I've loved working with every angle of the family. If you looked at my schedule on any given day, you'd probably see a few married couples, some exhausted and burnt-out parents, a college student, a 4th-12th grader, someone having an affair, someone who has been crushed by a loss or a person who is wrestling through their attraction to the same gender. I often find that a person's willingness to come in and simply talk about things creates at least 50% of the change they are looking for.

Caige graduated with a bachelors degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine FL, majoring in Psychology and Criminology. He then obtained his Masters degree from the University of North Florida in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He also holds a certification in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT-C). During his AAT-C training he was exposed to incorporating dogs and horses into therapeutic partnerships.

I am a trained ART Therapist. Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing evidence-based therapies. Which has shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly usually within few sessions? Clients with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, (PTSD) substance abuse, sexual abuse and many other physical conditions. My ideal client is one who is striving to make a change. In order for this to occur, there must be cooperation and mutual respect between all parties. I will also work with those who are unable to express their feelings & thoughts and who have built these up due to the stigma regarding mental health.
