Katie holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She has counseling experience in private practice and community mental health settings. Prior to joining GROW, Katie worked for several years in private foster care and adoption agencies, serving foster families, adoptive families, and birth parents. Katie is passionate about helping adoptive parents navigate the complexity and privilege of raising adopted children in a way that honors their history, loss, and biological family. Additionally, Katie is a certified Trust Based Relational Intervention Practitioner.

Dr. Beverly Watts Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She specializes in relationship dysfunction, ADHD, behavioral issues, poor coping skills, divorce, family conflict, grief, life transitions, parenting, school-related issues, low self-esteem, chronic stress, and more. Beverly earned her Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Georgia, her Master’s in counseling from Columbus State University, and her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University-Sarasota.

Hello, I am Najla (Nay-jala)! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I earned my Bachelor's Degree from University of West Georgia in 2002 and Masters Degree from LaSalle University in 2005. I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years with children; families; adolescents; and adults. My specialties include play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma focused CBT. My skills and training include working with families and individual experiencing personal, relationship, and/or emotional struggles. Sherri Christopher is a licensed therapist who received a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University. We are only accepting self-pay adult clients aged 18 and older. Our rates are very affordable for outpatient treatment.
