Mindfulness and Creativity
Mindfulness practices help us come into different relationship with life's difficulties and pain and to experience a greater sense of peace and wellbeing. Combining these practices with the creative process enables a deeply personal and embodied sense of presence. Through guided meditations, visualizations, creative prompts, group sharing and discussion, participants will explore and deepen their relationship with mindfulness and feel supported as they incorporate their insights into their lives. (All levels of experience with mindfulness and art are welcome)

Art Sanctuary
An opportunity to find refuge and sanctuary, both inner and outer, in the midst of a high-paced and overwhelming world. Participants will experience calm through the weekly ritual of meeting together in an art studio and also become acquainted with their own senses of inner sanctuaries- places within of presence and deep wells of wisdom, joy, and strength. Through guided meditations and creative exploration, these inner sanctuaries will come into clearer view and participants will feel supported and empowered from within.
