I help adoptees, people living with trauma and people suffering with anxiety and panic move towards the life and relationships they want. I work with issues of identity, connection, belonging, and how trauma is held in the body, the way the body keeps the score. My goal is to help you find both symptom relief and deeper change. I also work with my associate Asha Kadir who works with all kinds of mental health issues, and particularly loves working with young adults, international students, immigrants and refugees. In addition, I work with people on their sleep issues with CBT-I.
I am a Gestalt therapist with training in somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness and meditation. Gestalt is an experiential, experimental and existential therapy, that goes deep to find new solutions to create something different for your future. In addition I am trained in CBT-I for Insomnia and Sleep Issues.

This therapy group is for adoptees who want to address identity and sense of self, search and reunion, healthy relationships and healing trauma in a support group setting. I've been running adoptee groups for the last 7 years and I'm deeply moved by the work that happens in these groups. This group runs from June-August, Date TBA. Contact me for details!

DBT Skills Group
Lower fee DBT skills group led by my associate therapist Asha Kadir. Studying and practicing DBT skills in a group setting can lead to a more satisfying experience in everyday life and can also impact your therapy journey in a positive way.
