I will work with you to promote adaptive coping skills, in order to reduce stress and improve your ability to confront situations or feelings that are typically upsetting. My therapy approach is individualized, and may include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based-practice, and trauma informed therapy.
