I treat adults and adolescents in individual and group therapy in my Brookline and Arlington offices. I work with clients on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, sexuality, divorce, step-parenting, trauma, loss and grief. Through exploration and collaboration, I help clients gain more clarity, become more connected, and feel greater satisfaction with their lives. In addition, I provide supervision, consultation and training to clinicians on group therapy and a variety of other topics.

It is of the utmost importance to me that we create a space that is safe for you to explore and challenge yourself. My style is honest, engaging and direct with a good dose of humor at the right times. I want you to feel comfortable enough to explore and uncomfortable enough that you are challenged just the right amount.

I specialize in working with women who are in transition. Whether transitioning from college to graduate school or work, beginning or ending a relationship or job, becoming a parent or an empty nester, or coming out to family and friends, these experiences offer opportunity for reflection, understanding and meaningful change.
