I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations throughout my career. After graduating with my Bachelor's in Psychology, I primarily supported seniors and individuals with disabilities while earning my Master's in Social Work. Since then, I've focused on providing individual therapy, enjoying the direct, one-on-one connection this work offers. I'm motivated to help individuals manage life's stressors. I truly believe therapy benefits everyone, not just those facing significant struggles. The objective perspective of a third party can be incredibly helpful in fostering self-understanding.
