I work with a wide array of mental health concerns. Including, ADHD, self-harm, defiance, OCD, suicidality, self-harm, emotion regulation, depression, and anxiety. The majority of my career has been spent working in an emergency department and inpatient hospital setting. As an outpatient therapist, I combine these skills with additional therapeutic interventions to complete your treatment goals.
I work from a strength-based, solution-focused approach in session and utilize externalization techniques. I feel that everyone is doing their best and I strive to assist clients in harnessing their own strengths, as well as the support of people around them. I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is paramount for productive treatment.
I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families. In addition to therapy, I provide parent support and coaching, as well as, ADHD and executive function coaching.
