I offer a safe and nonjudgmental setting and partnership where you can share your burdens and offload the weight on your shoulders. Whether your struggle is anxiety, depression, or life/relationship issues, I hope to help you get to the root of your concerns and empower you to overcome. Especially for Clients who have trauma from experiencing abuse tactics such as gaslighting, manipulation, and any violation of boundaries, I hope to validate your experience and help you claim your life back.
I specialize in Complex Trauma/Trauma and Abuse Recovery such as narcissistic parental, spousal, and spiritual abuse for individuals, couples, and families. I also help Clients with OCD anxiety. As a parent of a special needs medically fragile child, I help parents and caregivers navigate the struggles that come with parenting exceptional children.

Emotional Abuse and Recovery Group
This group will help identify emotional manipulation and abuse and how to recover from these types of relationships. Perhaps you have dealt with a Narcissistic parent or partner, or someone who has continually gaslighted you and caused you to question yourself, or you find yourself in a toxic relationship where you no longer feel like yourself. Regardless of what you have dealt with, we can find a way to learn and empower ourselves and heal to become a fuller version of ourselves.
