Final exams and the end of the school are rapidly approaching. Your teenager is stressed, depressed, or a combination of both. They don't seem to be able to maintain focus , lack motivation and are under-performing in school. They might have suicidal thoughts, be self-harming, or have turned to alcohol or drugs to cope. You are worried about their future, but don't know where to turn. I can help. Most of my clients are middle and high school students. I speak TikTok and Instagram. I have tattoos, wear Vans, listen to alternative music, and love a good meme. In short, I connect very well with teens and their parents.
In addition to teens and adolescents, I also see adult clients, including those who are divorcing/separating, going through mid-life crises, or having career struggles. I'm work with clients on coping with stress, anxiety, depression and ADHD.
I am trained in Level 1 of Internal Family Systems and have several clients who want to explore their internal world to become a more integrated and whole person.
