Hi folks! My name is Darian (she/her) and I would be honored to be apart of your healing and growth journey. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and I am currently earning a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman's University. I enjoy working with people who have experienced complex trauma, people who are experiencing shame, anxiety, depression, relational disconnection, and much more. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters connection, empowerment, and lasting change.

I am most passionate in working with couples, adolescent females, and young adults. I am also an EMDR therapist. My goal is to assist individuals and couples on discovering and solidifying aspects of yourselves and your relationships to experience the greatest satisfaction and appreciation of yourself and others. It is my hope that you would enter sessions knowing that you are capable of addressing your problems and will gain more tools and insight by committing to therapy. I strive not to heal my clients, but to help my clients heal themselves.

Hi there! Thank you for considering my practice. I have extensive expertise in the following areas: depression/bipolar disorders, anxiety, trauma, parenting issues, behavioral disorders, family discord and child/adolescent issues (though I work with lots of adults too). My modality is eclectic; however, my approach is tailored to what will work for your unique situation. I have expertise in the area of psychological assessment. I conduct assessments weekly for ADHD, learning differences, behavior disorders, etc. I am a frequent speaker in the DFW metroplex and have been featured as an expert panelist on NPR. But above all, I privilege my clients and their voice.

I provide sexual addiction help in an atmosphere that is encouraging and accepting and meet the client and his or her family where they are. My specialty is sexual addiction, and I am a Dallas area Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) trained personally by Dr Patrick Carnes. I treat drug and alcohol dependence, and associated trauma, grief, and depression as well. I treat cybersex addiction, pornography addiction, multiple affairs, and other sexually compulsive behavior. Sexual addiction, like other addictions, affects the whole family system, especially the partner. I am a CPTT, Certified Partner Trauma Therapist as well.
