I provide a safe, nonjudgmental and compassionate environment that helps my clients throughout their journey of becoming a healthier version of themselves. I have always had a natural ability to help others and followed my heart to become a therapist. Everyday I look forward to working with my clients. My passion for this career had helped me grow a deeper understanding and respect for each individual I work with.
I use a combination of techniques, including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and mindfulness, to help clients process trauma, improve their self-esteem, develop healthy ways of coping with life stressors, and enhance their functioning at home/school/work, and in their community. I have extensive training in EMDR and also utilize Equine Assisted Therapy.
I work to facilitate client's own ability to ultimately help themselves. It is important to learn strategies to help you feel empowered in your everyday life. We will work together to take steps that can help you regain control. Now seeing new clients in Myrtle Beach, SC.
