My background is in Structural Family, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Focused and Mindfulness based therapy. I can also provide Christian counseling & inner-healing prayer to those who request it. The issues I have treated include: anxiety, depression, caregiver issues/stress, family conflict, & low self-esteem.
