My clients are adults and adolescents who are seeking ways to manage difficult emotions, cope with stressors and improve their relationships. Do you struggle to regulate your emotions? I use a holistic, client-centered approach with CBT as my anchor, along with mindfulness and yoga. I also offer yoga therapy sessions so my clients can directly explore their mind/body connection. Through our work, my clients have a greater understanding of themselves, their needs, and how they can interact more peacefully with the world around them.
