Over the years, I have worked with adolescents and adults. I work primarily with individuals struggling with life transitions and organizational skills, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/body image issues, and those who are recovering from substance abuse.

I truly believe that people have the capacity to change, grow, and achieve their full potential within the context of a supportive environment. This belief fuels my work as a therapist. I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Pittsburgh and received my Masters in Social Work from New York University. I have experience working with an array of identified problem areas including, but not limited to, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, eating/body image, postpartum depression, self esteem and life/developmental transitions.

I have 18 years experience as a social worker and also have several years experience as a professor in Social Work.
