Welcome to my practice. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and relationship conflicts. I have extensive experience with CBT, psychodynamic therapy, solution focused, mindfulness practice, strength based perspective, behavioral coping skills, client centered therapy, and other treatment modalities.
