When we are not feeling at our best due to stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict, addiction etc., it effects every other aspect of our lives. It takes strength and courage to recognize that something needs to change. I like to work with my clients in a collaborative and supportive style that provides a blend of coaching, interactive interventions and by instilling hope about their future. Where you are today does not mean that you have to be there tomorrow

I also specialize in working with Eating Disorders in both Adolescents and Adults. Whether you struggle with food restriction, Bulimia, exercising or binge eating, I would welcome the opportunity to talk with you about hope and recovery.

I have experience and training in evidence-based practices in treating eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicide. This includes CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational interviewing, Trauma informed interventions and 12 step approaches.We will begin developing positive coping skills during your first session!
