I believe in empowering those I work with to express their goals for treatment and explore how I can best support that individual as their therapist.
I offer a strengths-based approach integrated with motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also utilize emotional freedom techniques or tapping to help clients learn to cope with stress or anxiety. I enjoy working with a diverse set of clients and am willing to continue to learn so I can best meet your needs through therapy.
