Additionally, I am one of few in the Triangle area to offer the Hakomi Method of Experiential Body-Centered Psychotherapy. I also incorporate Psychoanalytic Theory, Compassionate Nonviolent Communication, Heart-Math Theory, Imago Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, EMDR, and where requested, non-religious spiritual counseling, and more.
