I treat both adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, depression, addiction, and life transition/adjustment disorders. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, based on the methodology and research of Dr. Brene Brown.
