I excel in meeting my client where they are through a Rogerian based therapy style with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems.

I explore the passions of each client and build a holistic approach to help them create ways to support and empower their journey. I believe in creating a holistic approach that results in a strong and confident client.

I am a LPC and LLPC certified supervisor through the state of Michigan with specialized training in trauma, Internal Family Systems, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
