A client that wonders why life seems harder now than it had before and they're looking to find someone who can help them understand what they are missing. The client would need someone to show them to adopt new skills, gain new insights, and possibly resolve past conflicts. The client would be looking for answers and what works so that they can resume living their life.
I offer new perspectives, new techniques, and accountability on your way to reaching your goals. My specialty involves tackling challenging issues from CBT, DBT, Solution-focused, Family Systems, and Humanistic perspectives.
Change requires discomfort and some sacrifice but it isn't lacking in joy and fulfillment.
