Life is not always easy, and everyone has struggles. Seeking help is a courageous first step. My goal for working with my clients is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and relaxed environment. I consider all aspects of a person, such as background, race/ethnicity, culture, sexual and gender identity. My approach is holistic and is tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients. My goal is to work together with my clients to help them learn and practice positive coping skills and create the life they desire. I have experience working with children, teenagers, as well as adults.
I want to support and empower my clients to address their issues, whether it is related to trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, Autism, or parenting. I have experience working in child welfare and with clients who are court ordered to participate in treatment.
I enjoy working with people and have a desire to help them heal from the past, manage current issues, and create the future they desire. It is often a lot of work, but we will work through it together in a safe and nurturing environment.
