I have worked with children and adolescents, while also providing marital, family, and adult individual counseling as well. I am able to tailor therapeutic services specific to each patient to address many emotional and behavioral difficulties, including: ADHD, depression, panic attacks, generalized anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, grief and defiance, as well as marital stress.
I consider myself to be more of an eclectic type of therapist because I believe that all of the different modalities have attributes that work but I lean more towards multi-systemic therapy, mindfulness therapy and cognitive behavior therapy.
I chose therapy because I am naturally inquisitive and like to interact with people. I also enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures. And because no two people are alike, I really enjoy having different people to work with day to day.
