I work primarily with women who struggle with anxiety/panic, trauma, burnout, grief/loss and relationship stressors. I specialize in working with college students and people in helping professions such as healthcare, social work/counseling, or teaching. Many of my clients would also describe themselves as stressed out, overextended, and have often been called "too sensitive" by people in their lives. Ongoing stress and overwhelm take a toll on our emotions and our physical body. I view counseling as a holistic process and have an integrative and collaborative approach in therapy. I work closely with my clients to set goals based on their needs & priorities. I often use Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, & IFS in my work with clients.
I work with clients all throughout Michigan, Illinois, and Vermont, using a secure and HIPAA compliant video platform.
