I've been in practice for over 10 years and have seen patients from three-ninety years old. Many transitions occur throughout the lifespan and during these transitions; some can be more difficult than expected and need examining for better understanding and practices. To do this I facilitate an environment free of judgement and help my patients understand their feelings and thoughts, as well as how to improve their behaviors to better their lives and futures. I enjoy my work and very much and strive to help people find their own voice, achieve their greatest accomplishments and successes in life, love, and work.
I am a specialist in anxiety and mood disorders among adolescents and college students. I conducted research and was a fellow at the University of Michigan where I became a specialist in anxiety among youth and adolescents. I have broad skill sets including ERP, Cognitive Behavioral , Dialectical behavioral psychodynamic, and substance abuse treatment.
