Finn Marcks (he/they) is a queer, trans, nonbinary therapist who believes in providing a safe, affirming, healing environment for people who are hurting. Finn’s main passion is working with LGBTQIA+ clients, and making gender-affirming care more accessible. Finn believes therapy is about the relationship between therapist and client, founded on trust and connection. Finn’s therapeutic lens is shaped by both his lived experiences and his work in LGBTQIA+ education and advocacy, as well as youth residential mental health and community mental health.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and life coach practicing in Elk Rapids, MI. I was previously practicing in Bloomfield Hills Mi for 6 years before moving to the Traverse City area in 2019. I have experience as an Infant Mental Health Specialist, Child and Adolescent Therapist and Family Therapist. I received my BA from University of Arkansas in Social Work and Criminal Justice and a MSW from University of Michigan in Therapeutic Practice and Community Organizing. I enjoy working with all individuals to process and explore the concerns that may prohibit them from reaching their potential and living life to its fullest.

Kirby Brash is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan who has been practicing since 2018. She has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with additional certifications in Trauma and Child/Adolescent Grief. Kirby is trained to provide support for depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief amongst other areas. She is willing to work with clients for support, skill building, and personal exploration. Outside of work, Kirby enjoys camping, hiking, and reading. All around, she loves spending time outdoors.
