If you are looking for ways to be effective in managing stress and finding balance in your life, cognitive behavioral therapy is likely to empower you with improving your ability to reach your goals. I have many years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am not currently offering teletherapy.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an approach focused on short term, goal oriented therapy, and it is a practical approach to problem solving. I often work with clients on such issues as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, past abuse, trauma, eating disorders, relationships, parenting, and stress management, along with improving coping skills.
Based upon feedback from clients and supervisors throughout my career, I believe I am a good listener, empathetic, genuine, and understanding of client needs.
